1. General information
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital soundbank products from Soundbank.Studio, a trade name of:

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding to checkout.
2. Product
Monsta Fields: Aftertouch Vol. 1 — a collection of 64 expressive patches for the MicroMonsta 2.
Format: .zip (.syx + readme)
3. Price and taxes
Launch price: €14 (VAT included)
Regular price: €19 (VAT included)
All prices include applicable VAT (EU VAT) where required. No additional charges are added at checkout. The price is in EUR (Euro). Stripe Tax calculates the applicable VAT based on your billing country. The seller handles tax obligations as required by law.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive:
- An immediate success page with the download link.
- A confirmation email with the same download link, sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
The download link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. After this limit, the link expires and cannot be used again.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU 14-day cooling-off period)
Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content once you have given your express consent and the download has begun.
By clicking the checkbox at checkout, you expressly:
"I expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download begins."
Once the download has started, no refund will be issued for change of mind. If you experience a technical issue with the product, please contact us for support.
6. Support and re-issue
If your download link has expired or reached its usage limit, contact hello@soundbank.studio with your order details. We will verify your purchase and re-issue a new download link. This service is provided free of charge for legitimate buyers.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of habitual residence. For consumers, the competent courts are those determined by applicable consumer law.
